You have the option of either showing your email address and phone number or just your email address. You can change this in the Edit Your Account section

You will be contacted using the method you chose, email or telephone or both.

Log into BenchMove, click on the My Listings tab at the top of the page, then click on your property. Remember to click on the Update Listing tab at the bottom of the page to save your updated information

Log into BenchMove. Click the Edit Profile at the top of the page. Remember to click the Update Profile at the bottom of the page to save your new information

You may need to broaden your criteria as it may be to narrow of a search or there may be no properties in the area you are searching.

You may not have been specific enough with your criteria and may need to narrow down what you are looking for.

You can search by typing in the province / state, then the city. If you know the street the property was on, you can also type in that information in the search area

It is up to you and the listing party to arrange for a safe and appropriate meeting.

Once you have created a profile, click on the my listings button. This will bring you to the listing edit screen. You can then click on "Add Listing" button or edit an existing listing. Enter the property details and save your new entry. Once you have created a listing, you can then add photos to the listing. You can have up to 20 images per listing. It is the responsibility of the listing owner to ensure all the information provided is accurate.

You should flag the property as “inappropriate”. BenchMove appreciates your assistance in flagging the property because we make every effort to prevent inappropriate content from appearing however, unfortunately, sometimes it happens.

Properties can be posted by: Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Landlords, For Sale By Owner (FSBO).

This is an ID number that is automatically provided by our site to identify a specific property

- Real Estate properties are kept on our site for 30 days. - Rental properties are kept on our site for 60 days. - Commercial properties are kept on our site for 90 days. - A reminder email is sent out 7 days before your property is about to expire.

You can renew you posting as many times as you need to to move your property.
