We are a property website host company that enables users to list and search properties listed by both professional real estate agents, property managers, and FSBO / For Sale By Owner.

We make our money off of the advertisements placed throughout our website. When someone clicks on an ad, we make money.

There is absolutely no charge for the uses of our service.

The goal is to move your property so why would anyone put limits on who or how you can advertise your property. So feel free to use our website to list your property and if needed advertise elsewhere.

You are trying to move your property as quickly as possible so why would you not use all means possible. BenchMove.com is a free service for both the user and lister so there is usually a lot of traffic that is looking at properties.

Pictures can be taken in any size. BenchMove.com has software built in that will bring photos into line with what we use.

You are allowed to submit a maximum of twenty (20) pictures per listing with at most 2 Mb of file size per picture. The following file extensions allowed for upload are .gif, .jpg and .png.

Make sure that all file images uploaded are in good quality, you are only allowed a maximum of twenty attached images per listing.

Allowed file extensions for your videos are wmv, mpg, avi, flv and swf.

You are limited to only 10 media files upload with file size of at most 2Mb. Anymore than this provided limitations are not accepted.

We make it sure that all of your listings will display your embedded  video or image files properly. If you find any problems please feel free to get our attention and we will address this issues immediately.

All listings expire uniformly for a period of 30 days from date of posting with a reminder to renew every time it is about to expire.

There is no limit as to how many characters your description text submitted. Most of the details regarding your property are through input boxes; drop down boxes and through multiple check boxes.

Throughout the listing process there are numerous pull down menus that will help with you submitting your property. The more information you provide the more informed a purchaser will be for your property. Try to include pictures that include but not limited to bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, backyard, front yard, and front of house, living room, and play rooms.

Your videos should also include bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, front and back yards You can add specific details in your description box, if deemed necessary and if the fields asked in the submission form is incomplete to fully qualify your listing.

You can always drop us a line when you think it would be appropriate for us to include additional fields.

No, you are free to add as little as one embedded video and or up to 20 different pictures. You can use just video or pictures or a combination of both.

We have provided an area that individuals can ask listing owners specific questions. Aside from that it is up to the listing owners to show as much contact information as you would like.

Contact the listing owners via which ever contact method they have provided, or through the attached mailer form found on the bottom of each detailed listing. You can also go to the listing owners’ profile and send a private message using the internal messaging system provided by our website.

Make to fill up filters provided for your search. You can also go down per category and provide additional search criteria as needed.

Your search filters/criteria might have not been specific enough. Make sure to provided necessary filters for your search.

You are provided with two modes of views - the category / search view and the detailed view. Category views are small boxes with compacted details of the listing shown when you are provided a result for your search filter, or by drilling-down on the category link tree on the right sidebar of your screen. When you click / select a listing from the category view you will then be displayed a one full page of the complete details provided by the listing owner.

We have provided mailer form where interested individuals can ask listing owners specific questions. Aside from that it is up to the listing owners to show as much as contact name, website, phone nos., fax and hotline for you to reach them. You can also go to the listing owners’ profile and send a private message using the internal messaging system provided by our website.

At this moment in time, feature properties are a random list that BenchMove.com picks for your search area.

We have provided a link a the bottom of each listings’ detailed view a “Report Listing” where you can report to us any listing you deemed inappropriate, inaccurate or for more specific reasons.

Remember that you can only post a listing if you have properly gone through the registration process of our website. If you have already submitted a listing and you wish to update or delete them, you have been provided with “Edit” and “Delete” buttons to “only” the properties you own, or have listed.

Upon successful registration and after you have logged in our website, you can edit your profile by going to your personal space under the link “My Profile”. Note that this page is visible to all.

The submission form only accepts unique listings, and if however you have managed to post the same property in more than once using a different spelling of title or name, you will be notified and would be banned from using the services provided by the website.
